Triiodothyronine (T3) is a thyroid hormone secreted by the thyroid gland. T3 is involved in controlling the rate of metabolic processes in the body and influencing physical development. T3 measurements are used for diagnosing thyroid disorders.

Thyroid peroxidase(TPO) is an enzyme produced by the thyroid gland. The thyroid is a small, butterfly-shaped gland in the neck that uses iodine, with the help of the enzyme TPO, to create the hormones triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4), both of which help control metabolism and growth.

TSH

Thyroid-stimulating hormone (also known as thyrotropin, thyrotropic hormone, or abbreviated TSH) is a pituitary hormone that stimulates the thyroid gland to produce thyroxine (T₄), and then triiodothyronine (T₃) which stimulates the metabolism of almost every tissue in the body.

PRL

Prolactin is a hormone made by the pituitary gland, a small gland at the base of the brain. Prolactin causes the breasts to grow and make milk during pregnancy and after birth. Prolactin levels are normally high for pregnant women and new mothers. Levels are normally low for nonpregnant women and for men.

FSH

Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) is one of the hormones essential to pubertal development and the function of women’s ovaries and men’s testes. In women, this hormone stimulates the growth of ovarian follicles in the ovary before the release of an egg from one follicle at ovulation. It also increases oestradiol production.
