The detection of recombinant N protein of Omicron variant strain by Covid-19 monoclonal antibody is not affected

In addition to having more mutations in the spike protein, the Omicron mutant strain also has multiple mutation sites in the N protein. Compared with Alpha-N protein, Omicron-N protein has a difference of 10 amino acid positions.
