The difference between sealed caps and vent caps for cell culture flasks.

The sealing cap on the cell culture bottle is relatively simple. The sealing cap is mainly used for the sealed culture of gas and liquid. TC full name: Tissue culturetreated, TC treatment means that the vessel has undergone surface modification treatment and is suitable for the culture of adherent cells. Cells grown in suspension do not necessarily need such specially treated vessels. However, cell culture flasks that have undergone surface modification treatment are generally also suitable for culturing cells in suspension.
Surface TC treatment technology is a commonly used treatment method for cell culture flasks and other consumables. When purchasing adherent cell culture consumables, special attention should be paid to whether they have undergone surface treatment to ensure that adherent cell culture methods are met.
